Commitment to Safety
Customer and staff safety has always been our main concern. We not only abide by all local and state safety guidelines but have been proactive, going beyond just what is required. Our attractions were used by the City of Las Vegas Fire Department to film an actual Training Video for the Fire Department’s training program. Our attractions are setting the standard for haunted houses in the city.

The Asylum/Hotel Fear-R&J Productions has in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. DO NOT attend this attraction if you have a fever, suffer from flu like symptoms or recently come into contact with someone infected by COVID-19. We strongly advise not to attend our attractions if you suffer from pre-existing conditions such as asthma, prone to seizures, heart or respiratory conditions.
All guests will have temperatures taken before enter the queue area. Any guest with a high temperature will not be given access to the property
All guests are required to wear face masks while attending and sanitize hands prior to entering each attraction.
All guests can wear gloves, mouth coverings but no costume masks.
We utilize an on-line Time Ticketing System. Guests purchase tickets for them and their group for a specific time slot. Guests can only enter the attractions with their own groups that they purchased tickets for. Guests will wait in their cars until they receive a text to enter the queue area.
