Waiver

I recognize and acknowledge that my participation in the haunted attraction is solely at my own risk. I understand that this Waiver and Release of Liability is absolute as to any Claim which may arise as a result of participation by any Participant in the activity. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and participants and their families. This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. I state I do not suffer from asthma, heart  condition, seizures, are pregnant, have physical ailments or am intoxicated. I may experience intense audio, lightning, extreme low visibility, strobes, fog, special effects, wet conditions in a physically demanding environment. No smoking, running,  touching props or actors, taking of video or photographs. Breaking rules can result in your removal.  By signing below, I hold R&J Productions and all their actors/sponsors harmless. I agree and assume all responsibility.
