Metal Detectors in use at Entry Gate. Keep ALL bags or loose articles inside your vehicle or leave them at home as we are not responsible for any vehicle in the parking lot.

DO NOT ENTER the attractions if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter attractions if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.

Ticket holder states they do not suffer from asthma, heart condition, seizures, are pregnant, have physical ailments. You may experience intense audio, lightning, extreme low visibility, strobes, fog, special effects, wet conditions in a physically demanding environment. We do not recommend high heels or open toed shoes. NO Smoking, drinks, running, backpacks, touching props or actors, taking of video or photographs. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without a refund.

The holder of the ticket or tickets assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm, Covid-19 or similar illness, or loss of property sustained while attending these attractions, and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after attending the attractions.

Due to fraud, with an on-line ticket purchase you must present the Credit Card and Photo ID used for the purchase at check-in. Tickets will not be honored without the Credit Card and ID of purchaser present. If you have an issue you can change the date or time of your ticket up to 8 hours prior to the event ($5.00 exchange fee).

Event will operate rain or shine. If the event is canceled by the promoter for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Holder agrees to follow all posted and communicated rules/ expectations or they will be removed without refund. Holder agrees to receive promotional and discount info from Las Vegas Haunts and/or their sponsors. Emails will NEVER be sold. Holder may opt out at any time.
